@app_settings@RiftWalker0@Microsoft I tried Fedora Silverblue recently and it's actually pretty nice. Most of the work is done by GNOME, but the rest of the OS is pretty good too. Best in class trackpad support, better than Windows, comparable to macOS
I am back with another development update fromt the world of Fedora Workstation. Be sure to read it to see what is happening in the world of desktop Linux. https://t.co/RJWHem7jWM

As the end of this year is approaching, I thought it would be good to summarize what is the latest state of #Wayland screen sharing in @webrtc and @googlechrome and wrote a blog post about it https://t.co/vUSlsmBYv1. In short, we are almost there 🙂.
A containerized OS?
I think I’m going to try out @teamsilverblue tomorrow!
“Silverblue's immutable design also makes it an excellent platform for containerized applications as well as container-based software development.”

.@GNOME 43 is going to be shipped in Fedora Silverblue 37, and to make sure everything works fine, we are running a GNOME 43 Beta Test Week. Check https://t.co/wPMFqigInf for more info on how you can participate.

Imagine a world where you can install all the tools for a client or project in a container, isolated and not polluting your host system. To clean up, you run a single command.
Guess what? That world already exists. Use @containertoolbx and @Podman_io. Welcome to the future.
Now that I learned how to run commands from Toolbox containers without entering the Toolbox by using -c, I'm going to start scripting with it.

What a gem 💎 on the @teamsilverblue documentation site. Didn't think about the fact that the flatpak bins are symlinked into a central bin dir that you can just add to your path. No more flatpak run APP, can just do APP.
