Screaming it from the rooftops📣
#MTSS is not about a single person having to build the skill set to meet the needs of every student, but rather really thinking about how we can work together to articulate firm goals and flexible means for reaching them.

For PD, highly recommend Culturally Responsive Teaching and the Brain: https://t.co/XGAMSBDeAb One big take away: if a school classroom makes a student feel devalued, they will, as a means of psychic survival, devalue school. #tncohort#tncohort8
Regarding InTASC Standard 9 PD - found this: https://t.co/NJqm0ajAHv Pricey for PD but I suppose you're also buying some resume clout. #tncohort8#tncohort
@Noble_Tang regarding your query about maintaining order in breakouts–check out this way to structure breakout rooms. Would add that each BO step should require students to create something they will need for the next part of the class to encourage accountability. #tncohort8
@AbbyBeck23 Wasn't able to find free revelatory SEL. For me, including SEL as part of a Google Form entry ticket is ideal because you can track data. Did come across this article with some interesting suggestions: https://t.co/teBukCHoDw #tncohort8#tncohort
@CindyLoo999@CindyLoo999, crushing it again with the helpful links. We've definitely noticed certain students tuning out when you start them off in groups of five. Low stakes and smaller as a ramp-up makes so much more sense.
@CindyLoo999 Great post @cindyloo99, know quite a few teachers that are trying to use their old PDF content in a distance learning environment leading to all sorts of headaches and hurdles for students.
I'm backing @jussolisfilm on @seedandspark! Why? Because #scifi gives us the language to diagnose and combat new forms of oppression. Join me in bringing this #scifi film about #immigration and #dataprivacy to the world. https://t.co/QsAQgLK5RF
