Whenever someone makes me happy, I lowkey start worrying if I’m making them just as happy. Even if it’s only half as much. I will forever reciprocate kindness, no matter how small. It never goes unnoticed🥹
25 is the limit. After my frontal lobe developed, not only have I not been able to love in that chaotic/toxic way like I did in my early 20s on an emotional level cos it’s just off putting. It is financially irresponsible in so many ways. Literally eats away at your time, focus and ability to make money.
My cousin really just like me man😭…zero relationship or personal life posts, only thing she’d post is her love for God and her hate for men.
And on one random Saturday it’s posts of her getting married!!😭😭💎…literally none of us knew that she was getting married, and I’m ngl I’m a fan of her work😭🤏🏾
Nobody prepares you for the amount of pain and grief you experience when you have to forgive yourself for believing someone was actually a genuine person. The hardest part isn't just their betrayal.
it's the shame you carry for ignoring your instincts.

I realized recently that relationships work best when you don’t place so much importance on how the person makes you feel but on who you’re becoming in the relationship
Breakups are part of relationships, don’t see it as something that shouldn’t happen, or else you begin to tolerate overstepped boundaries and disrespect in the name of fighting for the relationship
Who are you becoming, are you growing? Are you becoming more secure, more regulated, more expressive? If none is happening, you shouldn’t be there, no matter how you feel
