@thetrainline your customer service has been shocking dealing with a complaint I have. Can you please let me know which is the relevant ombudsman to complain to. The complaint is your refusal to refund a ticket after previously confirming (in writing) that I would be eligible.
@cineworld can you please clarify your reusable cup policy? Haven't had issues until recently where staff have refused or had to ask a manager before agreeing - surely it's safe to use reusable cups now? As long as I can't use reusable cups, I won't be buying coffee! #reducewaste
@cineworld Hi. The same collapsible one I've been using for the past 2-3 years (covid aside) at the same cinema but it's only recently become a problem!

@AskNationwide Hi. Just says that "we seem to be experiencing a technical problem" and asks me to restart the app (which does nothing). Thanks - will pop on the chat to get the number, so I can try to log in through the website.
Hi @AskNationwide both me and my husband having issues logging in to the app today. I can't seem to recover my customer number online either as it's saying my records don't exist!
