@BoFleuve @AirCanada@thatgreekgirl__ I had the same issue & went back to the Athens Airport the next day just hoping my bag would be there. I figured it was worth a try and found my bag amongst hundreds of others. They are so backed up on reuniting lost luggage, you may be in for a long wait to get any news from AC
@damnncroissant@AirCanada The attendant told me that “Air Canada bags are everywhere” and I finally found mine after checking 6 piles of luggage —each pile with 50-100+ bags.
@mhgreen3000 Thank you for this much-needed message. For too long, we have not reckoned with our country’s history. Your call for a tapestry of experiences is a beautiful way to imagine a more compassionate world where we acknowledge the pain and injustice and move toward freedom for all.
@Jeopardamy Badass game, Amy. And your restraint on the last double jeopardy category was classy. Cringey is the kindest way I can describe that column.
@wakiyan7 would like to invite you to speak at Westside UU congregation (West Seattle) about your activist work. DM me for deets. I’m chair of our Social Justice Council.
@KyleKorver Thank you!!! So much here. Thank you for modeling how white men and women can hold ourselves accountable to humanity with love and compassion.
When interns aren’t paid, it means that only those who can afford free work can do it. That means students of privilege can pad their resume while peers work hourly jobs. This perpetuates (income/racial) inequality, as internship experience can be valuable when applying for jobs. https://t.co/2YS4GMGaYk
