@Olivia_LaGrange They actually study about Marxism at university, the same way they do about capitalism and other concepts. They are taught how to critically engage with those concepts. That's why they apply their minds objectively.

@GlobalSouthNew Just because some activities happen under municipalities, it doesnt mean they have jurisdiction over them. Same way provincial governments dont fix damaged national roads even though those roads pass within their provinces.

@GlobalSouthNew In law municipalities cannot prevent ANYone from accessing essential services. It would be against the constitution, so MMCs and mayors are legally constrained. It is not the responsibility of MMCs to change laws, theirs is to implement existing laws.

@GlobalSouthNew Fighting against crime is the responsibility of police. They are allocated a budget every year to fight crime. There is no municipality that is allocated a budget to fight crime.
