@DetroitBORG They went out of their way to over engineer AOD adding a dedicated display engine only to render it useless and revert to how it should have been: traditional OLED pixel lighting. You canโt always think for the user.
You donโt always have to over engineer simple things. Give users what they want and make uncomplicated. We didnโt need separate display engine for AOD. Turning off wallpaper and notifications just reverts to the traditional way OLED works to achieve AOD.

Because they gives shit about user feedbacks. They only act when there is a possible bad press. Millions of testers provide data to better the software but nothing is ever done.
