What if health insurance companies offered personal life insurance policies as a requirement with their medical policies? They could bake the life premiums into their health premiums. Would something like this incentivize them to approve medical services for patient care?
@JohnE_Fabb I live out in SW Littleton and took my 5 year old down to the Honeycomb Play area during the day so he could see "the busy city". Can't believe this happened just a few hours later. We moved from Chicago 18 mos ago to get away from this. Disgusting. @dobetterdnvr
@JulieChangRE I sought the same and we ended up in the Ken Caryl Valley about 20 miles outside downtown Denver! Moved here a few months ago and couldn't love it more.
@realEstateTrent Hope it works out better for you than me! Took 5 month old to Bahamas and my lovely wife was breastfeeding in a closet for hours at a time every night. We couldn’t wait to get home.
@realEstateTrent Would actually be nice. Impossible to find new movies these days with all the exclusivity across dozens of streaming options. Blockbuster was the aggregator.
Stuck in West Denver Metro under almost 20" of snow.
Nanny couldn't make it, no school tomorrow.
Kids stuck. Wife and I work remote full-time.
No such thing as a snow day as a remote worker.
Not sure it could get more fun than this.
@SFR_Investor I wouldn't exit Denver assets as it has a 100,000 sfr/apt unit shortfall relative to demand (not as much in the city as surrounding areas). Living and currently buying primary residence in the suburbs, we're still seeing bidding wars.
@mu2myoc I work with a group that owns over 50,000 affordable/LIHTC properties across the U.S. DM me if you’d like this put in front of them (can’t DM you)
@mountainwesttax I'd add commercial real estate brokerage to this list. My wife and I met while she was temping at JLL to earn money while in grad school.
