A note on devs and profits.

I'm seeing this a lot, and I'm learning this lesson the hard way myself. Many good hearted devs don't take enough profits for themselves.

They fall in love with what they're building and don't allocate enough to themselves or sell enough. They put the community above themselves. This mentality is extremely noble and pure but at the end of the day, your own time and skill must be rewarded. Others greatly profit from what they build by selling the peaks, and when the price is bad often these devs are in a hole.

These markets are so fickle and volatile - you may have a banger on your hands but the motion only lasts for a few days. Devs need to sell or accrue enough fees to sustain themselves. If they don't sell, others will gladly sell for you with zero remorse.

Now I'm not saying you max should bundle your coin and jeet everything on day 1 (plenty of less ethical devs do indeed do this) - but you should strike a balance. Sell chunks here and there when price rips. You need a treasury to allow yourself to comfortably keep building.

If anyone should be winning economically in this space, it's the builders. We grind day in and day out, risking not only our own capital but our time and opportunity cost.

Build with good intentions, but also with the intention to make money.
