Wings are one of the quintessential subsystems of an aircraft. We at UAVTECH Pvt. Ltd. use a mixture of fluid flow analysis and finite element analysis to solve fluid-structure interaction (FSI) problems. The results of wing deflection for pressure distribution are below.
We at UAVTECH Pvt. Ltd. use specific design parameters and practices to have a perfect composite for our specific applications. We use a mixture of in-house-developed codes to generate the composite layup for a specific thickness given by the design requirements.

Metamaterials are a specific type of cellular material that is engineered to have better performance than their natural counterparts under specific loading conditions. We at UAVTECH PVT Ltd. found "MSLattice" so userfriendly for developing functionally graded structures for UAVs.
Vibration isolators are used to either absorb or transmit less vibrations from an external source to a target system. This is achieved in two ways (i) passive and (ii) active. We at UAVTECH Pvt. Ltd, are developing passive vibration isolators to transmit minimal vibration.
UAVTECH PVT LTD has the resources and manpower to design, develop, and simulate PCBs in real-time. The PCB below is intended for continuous distributive power supply to a variety of sensors as well as the main brain, Arduino, for handling incoming data.
The CFD simulations in ANSYS Fluent need to be justified based on various factors. One of the factors is the convergence of the solution residuals. The below image depicts the convergence criteria achieved by the Watertight Workflow module in Ansys Fluent.
The flight envelope, aka the V-n diagram, is one of the crucial diagrams used in the aviation sector. It is of utmost importance to a structural engineer, yet it helps the pilot understand the boundaries set by the design team for the limits of a given aircraft.

We at UAVTECH PVT LTD always strive to achieve accurate and realistic results by keeping us up to date on the different techniques available in computer-aided engineering. An application of this polyhedral meshing technique to a real-scale simulation is presented in the figure.
The simulation below depicts a 2D internal flow analysis within the fuel tank. The simulation demonstrates the performance of the flow modules as well as the R&D team's expertise in dealing with complex boundary conditions at UAVTECH PVT.

Following our previous post on sloshing, we have some insights on the effects of fluid motion on the solid structure. The tank in this case is a simple cylindrical volume with hemispheres at its end (similar to that of Ameen Topa).
