The low-quality dummy model of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 Wide has already appeared online.
Its build quality is far from the real device, so it should only be used as a rough reference.
From what I know, Samsung’s internal testers are actually very fond of this device.
Maybe it’s because the form factor feels fresh and different.
I saw the Huawei Pura X Max in person, and I actually like this form factor.
I usually use my foldable phones for productivity (typing, photo editing, etc.) more than content consumption.
But with this form factor, it is more suitable for content consumption, like watching movies or YouTube videos, for example.
And I also love how compact it is compared to other book-style foldable phones.
Now I'm also excited about the upcoming iPhone Fold and Galaxy Z Fold8 Wide if they have a similar form factor as this Huawei phone.
If it had already been available to buy before my flight home, I would've bought this phone already.
Huawei made a wide book-style foldable phone before Samsung and Apple. 😳
The Huawei Pura X Max is launching soon, and it seems like a promising phone.
This form factor makes it a better phone for content consumption, compared to the average foldable phone.
If having a 60Hz display on a $799 iPhone was not acceptable
Then how is having a SLOWER PROCESSOR THAN A $799 iPHONE ON A $2899 SAMSUNG PHONE IS ACCEPTABLE?
