@acey_music@Halogenix this is true. glycinate is superior for winding down in the evenings however i’ve used both before bed and both have seemed to show benefits in sleep quality, personally
@Halogenix - no caffeine past 4-5pm
- exercise during the day/evening
- cut out excessive blue light 1-2 hours before bed, or get blue light blocking glasses for nighttime
- supplements: 500mg magnesium glycinate (or threonate), 200 mg L-theanine, & one chamomile tea before bed
@torchadub yeah dude i’m stationed in vancouver for the time being. will probably plan a couple trips back to the GTA every so often but def let me know if you’re ever in the area - doors always open 🏂
