A client’s Wi-Fi-enabled eSSL biometric attendance machine worked great during the demo but kept losing its database connection afterwards. Oddly enough, it worked perfectly fine whenever it was plugged directly into an Ethernet cable. 🧵

The client had insisted on the original spot, declining a wired setup because it worked on day one. Lesson learned: sometimes the issue is exactly what it seems. We permanently reinstalled it at the working location. Issue resolved!
