Australia's Firmus has signed agreements with Meta for GPU compute capacity at Southeast Asian data centres, with contracted capacity plus expansion options on Nvidia's full-stack DSX. It builds on Meta's Melbourne GB300 NVL72 deployment. Terms were not disclosed.

Per sources, Capital Brief reports the deal could add ~US$750M to FY28 EBIT ahead of a ~US$50B valuation pitch for a ~US$5B ASX IPO targeting an Oct 22 listing. AFR says the bookbuild moved from Oct 6 to Oct 8.
