@AnthropicAI@claudeai A sincere suggestion I have is to offer pooled usage for claude code team subscription since everyoneโs usage in the team will not be the same and we dont want to pay for what we dont use - pooled usage can be provided instead of seat based pricing
@AnthropicAI The biggest problem I see with claude code
- I go to renew the max subscription
- I come to know that the account gets disabled after I paid the 200$ + tax
- I am not able to use claude code and submitted the appeal form and still $200 is with you
@AnthropicAI We dont get notified before we pay - if you are going to disable the org anyways, you can rather disable the payment and notify us as well. I lost a lot of money because of this
@AnthropicAI - No response to the appeal form
- I forget to cancel my subscription/renewal
- I get charged next month even though I did not and was not able to use claude code for last one month and wont be able to use it now as well considering the org is disabled
This is coming from the bottom of my heart. @cursor_ai is the best I have seen since 2023 in this world since @OpenAI launched ChatGPT unveiling what an LLM can do.
My entire team has been using it for quite some time to help us build some amazing products and its the BEST!

@airtelindia Moved from ACT Fibernet to Airtel Black recently and am having a very bad experience with support engineers. Your support team picks up and answers the call promptly but having the on-field technician visit to fix the issue is a huge problem every time.
