@TMobileHelp i’m a business customer that has been trying for four hours now to get help. I keep getting the runaround. I keep getting disconnected. You contact me as I’m tired of the run around.
@flashpointarmy Check out this story: https://t.co/KGNfFwtfuB
I think FPArmy should contact https://t.co/2zrr0NuGlo and let them know that we are disappointed.
@Target just saw your ad on the Olympics. You have a store, around the corner from me which my wife and I used to spend several thousand dollars a year in. We have not shopped there in over a year. Was it worth it for you to get into politics and to rub your causes in our faces?
@RingCentral I am a partner and I have been on hold for the most of 90 minutes because your partner support team doesn't know how to help me or find a lead or manager for me to talk to!
@rebeccaboatman8@PatelcoPays Well, today's update is promising...it sounds like they are manually posting the many many transactions they allowed to occur and they need to complete that before providing balances to be accurate.
@GinaFizmo1216@PatelcoPays@michaelrmaz Based on today's update, I think we're looking at a few days to be able to see balances etc. It sounds like they are manually posting the many many transactions that happened since the 29th.
I wrote a series of posts to explain some of the pain that Patelco may be going through trying to recover from the breach. Hash tagging this message to let others know. Check my last several posts for more info.

@GinaFizmo1216@PatelcoPays@michaelrmaz Based on the update a few minutes ago I would say recovery is finally in sight. When they say they are processing transactions, hopefully this means that they are catching up from the lat week or reprocessing transactions if they had to go back in time.
@GinaFizmo1216@PatelcoPays@michaelrmaz I understand vague updates if working through negotiations and possibly during decryption, but think they have to start getting much more specific about recovery prospects and timelines to access balances, tranasction detail, withdraw funds and allow account closure.
@GinaFizmo1216@PatelcoPays@michaelrmaz Restore from good backups should take a few days at most. If they had to pay the ransom, decryption can take at least a few days based on the data size. I would expect internal systems to come up first so that balances can be seen at a branch or via calling customer care.
