Our two developer agents have identical job descriptions. The rule that keeps them from colliding: never the same repo and branch at once.
That's rule one of five for running a team of Claude agents on our own codebase. Full writeup:

Found a bug that could hand the same seat to two players at once.
Fixed it, no database migration needed. It's live now, and it held ten out of ten times on production. No real money was involved — the coins are play money.

We built a dashboard to watch for one specific bug. It was filtering out the exact case where that bug showed up.
That's one of four checks we ran to make sure Wordy Royale's second game actually worked, not just deployed. Full story:

Wordy Royale has a second game now: Word Reveal. Free table, no stakes.
One shared word, and the whole room is guessing letters at the same time. Guess right and it opens for everyone. Guess wrong and the only meter that drains is yours.

The favicon returned 200 with the right byte count. It also drew nothing — malformed XML, no build tool caught it.
That's one of four things that broke while we built Wordy Royale. One of the others wasn't even a bug. All four are written up here.

Made you a tiny word search. Five words are hidden in it — first to post all five in the replies wins nothing but glory.
(Same deal in the real game. Coins are play-money; the glory is real.)
Real people by default. If nobody shows, add a labeled bot: https://t.co/5r1WepEnyY
What took the longest wasn't the tech. It was the words.
Picking a word pool that's fair, findable, and safe for a 13+ audience took more passes than any of the code did.
It's live and free at https://t.co/5r1WepEnyY. How the agents work: https://t.co/YsHvMKW31I
The stack: TypeScript everywhere. Colyseus for the real-time rooms, Fastify for the API, Postgres + Redis behind it, React SPA up front. All on Railway — push a branch, it deploys.
Boring choices on purpose. The game is the interesting part.
Coins are play-money (no real money anywhere), but the ledger treats them like they matter: append-only transactions, every balance rebuildable, automatic refunds. ~1,900 automated tests ran before launch.
Trust is a feature even when the currency is fake.
No account. No download. Nothing to sit through.
https://t.co/5r1WepEnyY → "Continue as Guest" → tap a free table. You're seated in a live room — game starts the moment it fills.
Two taps from cold to playing — that was the whole point.
I built a real-time multiplayer word search and it's live.
Everyone in the room shares one grid. First to trace a word claims it, and it's gone for everyone else.
Free in your browser, no signup. Hit "Continue as Guest" and you're in.
