@Delta we were under impression that our credits are safe till Sept 2022, but now KLM is saying they cant help and that I need to contact Delta again, This has been really hectic with us with back and forths has caused immense inconvenience, please help to resolve this situation for us.

Return tickets for Mumbai - San Francisco -Mumbai in March 2020. But due to outbreak of Covid 19 pandemic the flights were cancelled and the mentioned passengers were not able to travel. Hence an email request for refund was put by us date 18 March 2020 to delta airlines.

@Delta However, post contacting KLM representative they advised that these are already expired on December 2021. Such expiry date was never communicated to us by KLM during this time. Since we had email confirmations from Delta stating our ecredits validity till September 2022,
