@ShaulDavidUK Fixed cost utilisation..a person selling mortgages can also sell insurance - the bigger the fixed cost base the greater the need for a range of products to achieve a target gross margin- to break even turn a profit. Not sure whether even digital banks can emulate the Aldi model?
