ROYAL ENFIELD HIMALAYAN 450: BUILT FOR ADVENTURE. NOT FOR STOPPING? 🤡

Dear @royalenfield,
Our 3-month-old Himalayan 450's FRONT BRAKE JAMMED ON A HIGHWAY while returning from Bir Billing. 🚨

Your authorised service centre in Ropar identified a caliper issue, made an interim fix and strongly recommended replacing the ENTIRE brake assembly under warranty.

Then began the real adventure at Sukhdev Automobiles, Patiala:
📅 Day 1: "Part will arrive in 10 days."
📅 Day 10: "Oops, we FORGOT to order it!"
📅 Weeks later: "It'll take 2–3 MONTHS. Just accept one small part instead."
The complete assembly STILL hasn't been ordered!

Two authorised centres. Two different solutions. One motorcycle we no longer trust to ride.
@royalenfield, we bought an adventure motorcycle, not a subscription to endless warranty follow-ups.
Fix the brakes. Fix the service. Restore our trust.

Dear @royalenfield, two brothers bought two bikes 3 months ago: a Super Meteor 650 & Himalayan 450.

One gave us memories. The other gave us a FRONT BRAKE that JAMMED on a highway.

Somehow, your after-sales service made it even worse.

We need:
1. Root-cause investigation.
2. Proper warranty repair.
3. Written parts & delivery timeline.
4. Verified brake safety.

@letsblinkit @deepigoyal please give an option in the Blinkit app as a preference that I am ok with delayed delivery for my orders as long as the rider drives safe. If I need an order urgently then I can opt in for the 10 min delivery. Not everything needs to come in 10 mins
