I paid a fine when I got a ticket for not making a full stop at a stop sign in CA. Then attended traffic school (with a fee) so the violation does not appear on my driving record and insurance premiums do not increase. #ButThatWasMe

Realized too late that I used baking soda instead of corn starch in my siomai mixture. One pound ground pork, all the ingredients, the painful wrapping in siomai wrapper. All gone to waste. The one day of the week I saved for cooking. 🙄
