🚨🇵🇸🇪🇬 Heartbreaking... the man who organized the Gaza World Cup watch party has been KILLED in an Israeli airstrike.
Mohamed al-Wahidi helped organize giant screens where families in Gaza could gather to watch Egypt vs. Argentina on Tuesday.
He was the director of the Egyptian Committee in Gaza, which provides food, shelter, and other humanitarian assistance to Palestinians.
But just before kick-off, an Israeli strike hit a car in Gaza City's Sabra neighborhood, killing al-Wahidi, a driver, and two brothers aged 8 and 10.
F**king terrible...

The U.S. government's conduct as World Cup host follows its familiar foreign policy: bending rules, bullying rivals, creating obstacles, and cheating. This is their MAGA playbook. Iran rejects such games. We stand firmly for our rights.
FIFA is taking down all the viral clips appearing to expose the Argentinian cheating against Egypt on X and other social media platforms. 🇪🇬🇦🇷
The game is a scam!
The referee during Argentina vs. Egypt didn’t show a single card until Enzo’s 92nd-min winner.
He then handed out six cards to Egypt...
Including a red card for a member of staff, a yellow for head coach Hossam Hassan and even a yellow for a player not on the pitch 😮
French referee helps Argentina win through unfair rulings in its match against Egypt.
Argentine referee will help France win against Morocco.
FIFA is so corrupt, they are canceling red cards when Trump ask them to, and disallowing goals just so they can get their France vs Argentina final.
Egypt was robbed today because of FIFA’s financial interests in the game.
90% of the fans in the stadium were wearing Argentina jerseys.
Every other alcohol advertisement starred Messi.
Both teams had the same exact foul, but only Egypt had their goal revoked.
So yes, FIFA’s financial decision was to advance Argentina and keep their cash cow mooing.
It’s just business.
But as a Palestinian watching my fellow Arabs put their heart and soul into their craft, just to have their honor stripped away, is not a surprise.
