↳ The ecosystem you build on needs to have your back. At @Arcium, dev support & infra aren't a bonus, they're the foundation.
↳ Distribution is king; period. The best product in the room loses to the most-seen product. Every time.
↳ Smart contract audits outlast your entire feature sprint. Buffer it from day one.
↳ Your biggest blocker won't be the code; it'll be outdated docs.
↳ UX is the bottleneck to breakthrough in web3.
