Extreme harassment by @myvoltas & @VijaySales! Engineer took ₹590 fee, confirmed faulty display & promised replacement, but service center closed ticket claiming NO part was ordered! AC broken 40+ days. @jagograhakjago @consumercourtin @ConsumrConxion

@myvoltas FYI Engineer finally visited & confirmed a faulty Display. Paid the ₹590 visit fee, and part order is being placed under extended warranty. It has already been over a month in peak summer without AC @myvoltas @VijaySales plz expedite part dispatch & installation on top priority!

the first complaint i filed on 26/07/26 its been almost a month but it is in pending lots of call, promises of resolution, but nothing happened..

Xtreme harassment by @myvoltas & @VijaySales! AC display is completely malfunctioning, jumping to 31°C randomly as seen in the video. Customer care confirms warranty coverage, but visiting technicians demand money without diagnosing or resolving the issue. Fix this ASAP!

TV delivered on 14 Aug Chased since then, and now @AmazonIN shows installation will be done by Jan 1 due to a database glitch!
Executive team wants 5 days just to fix this. @AmazonHelp send a technician tomorrow or authorize self-install with warranty/replacement rights intact.
