@ashleedleedlee The problem here is that I don’t like her to eat soy-based products, because of the way soy can disrupt hormones. I’ll allow it occasionally, but not a lot. Morning Star is, I believe, soy-based, correct?
But maybe I can find a recipe I could make and freeze for her!

@ashleedleedlee She LOVES Mexican food, so black beans and tomatoes are good. She actually hates chickpeas (but doesn’t mind hummus...🤔). She’s not super picky, but she likes convenience. She won’t cook (unless it’s a grilled cheese sammich).
