WOW: Mecklenburg (Charlotte) Sheriff Garry McFadden THREATENED to yank law enforcement protection from a Democrat state legislator if she didn’t vote how HE WANTED on legislation forcing sheriffs to cooperate with ICE.

Yahoo News: “[Democrat NC State Rep. Carla] Cunningham is one of five people who have filed a petition to remove McFadden from office, alleging that the sheriff threatened to withhold law enforcement protection for the legislator unless she voted to sustain the governor’s veto of a bill the sheriff opposed.”

“The sheriff told the legislator ‘that his office could not or would not protect her from violence if she cast a legislative vote in favor of a bill that McFadden opposed,’ the petition states.”
