Normal people who put their $$ in a savings accounts have been raped in unreal ways over the last 20 years. After the 2008 financial crisis, it is not true we didn’t have ‘inflation.’

There should have been massive deflation. The value of old school savings should have gone up dramatically. But to save huge leveraged financial interests we blew up the currency and created an illusion that we still had ‘roughly 2% inflation as the Fed wants.’ We flooded the market with dollars to save stupid rich people and f*cked the middle class saver.

It is basically true that the billionaire class has profited on the back of the factory worker or engineer, or even the typical white collar worker. The financial class robbed the American people.
