With Spirit Airlines out the door, the winner of the last place spot HAS to go to @AmericanAir. Policies and customer service are #1 for being the worst!
@sirenhuffpuff I don't think it's their fault.. I think it's related to an ongoing attack on AWS. @meijer was very good and professional handling the situation as I went to go pick up my stuff.
@kendallroygrl@meijer I was able to submit an order for pick up this morning but they called me a few minutes ago to say they are experiencing a major system outage causing app and order processing issues.
Not sure if any of you will see this but to the @CycloneWBB Pep Band- you guys are awesome! Was so entertained by you at ND today. Spinning fishes, black bar sunglasses, mugging the cameras.. y'all rock. Keep up the great work!
