My AC was delivered on Sunday and installation was scheduled for today. At 11 AM I received the technician’s number, but he kept declining my calls throughout the day and never visited.
Still no resolution from @flipkartsupport & Jeeves despite assurance in DM. Facing severe heat wave in Odisha and after paying full amount, why should customers suffer?

Then suddenly at around 6 PM, I received a message saying the installation was rescheduled to June 4 “by customer request” WITHOUT my permission. I never requested any reschedule.
Need urgent installation tomorrow and proper action against this false update.

I contacted Flipkart support multiple times and was assured that installation would happen before 8 PM. Because of that assurance, I cancelled my plans and waited the entire day at home.
