@Walmart - this is the worst customer service imaginable. Sam Walton said there is no such this as a problem - just opportunities. Well you have an opportunity here. Make this right!!!!!!!!
Incredibly bad customer service with @walmart Placed an order for delivery. Notified that it left the store and then 30 minutes later get notified that it could not be delivered. Call @walmart for assistance. Local store gives me 800 num. Cant talk to a human
@Cabelas I have had a package waiting for pickup at one of your facilities since Monday. Counting on it for a Christmas delivery. I went on your Live Chat today to inquire about status. The rep pastes a canned reply about not being responsible for shipping. Great Service!!!
@1800flowers - your customer service is terrible. I had an order that was supposed to be delivered Friday. Still not there. Twice your representatives have lied to me about when they will finally be delivered. Is this how you treat all of your customers? This is not acceptable.
@DanVenedam Institutions must start using data driven approaches to triage and predict COVID spread. $910 per student is not a sustainable cost for any university.
"The per-student cost over an 80-day semester of implementing "the preferred screening strategy" -- a test with 70 percent sensitivity every one, two or seven days depending on the rate of transmission -- were $910, $470 or $120 respectively"

Higher Ed is facing a crisis unlike any other in its history. COVID threatens to change the landscape dramatically, yet few institutions are taking the actions needed to survive.

The article is worth a read. The part about mostly online was expected. The real eye-popper is that Harvard is looking at a $750m shortfall this coming academic year. Even a fraction of that will send many institutions into insolvency. https://t.co/9zqXmHZj03
If Purdue has to do this to reopen, I suspect the situation for many institutions is much more dire than they are broadcasting. https://t.co/UTPp3WbahI
Extremely happy that Analytikus was chosen as one of the 100 most innovative EdTech companies in LatAM! Thank you HolonIQ! And a special thanks to all our partners, the universities and institutions that have trusted us as a strategic partner.
The COVID-19 crisis has altered our world in dramatic ways and is likely to continue to do so for many months. \Analytikus and BCW Global have partnered to create a dashboard that tracks COVID-19 and provides access to historical data and trends. https://t.co/yEYP9SfmVw
