Technotrading now supports a trading view integration! What does that mean? You can use invite only indicators to predict the market, pull them via a webhook into algorithms and automatically trade that premium alpha on @GainsNetwork_io and create vaults on @RethinkProtocol
ONI STUDIO
@JohannesSommer9, an OG ONI community member, will be showcasing @technotradingAI, his onchain perp trading algorithm vault company, tomorrow in a workshop.

@FactionVC@creditcoop_xyz Congrats to the investment. We are an algo trading company that moves first into the blue ocean market of AI and algo onchain trading, serving the AI and RWA narrative. Might figure this interests you as a investors as we are raising a seed round and have launched product.
5. Test run
Test your algos in dry run or with play money before you set them live. Our algos were running 8 months before we deployed and we were able to twitch and tweek them and learn how they behave.
As we are continuing to build our algo trading vault, we keep also sharing our experience and enable people that are interested in algo trading - in case anyone creates an amazing trading algo, our infrastructure can launch these and create vaults on @RethinkProtocol a thread 👇
4. KPIs and metrics
Before launching an algo you can check KPIs such as Sortinos, Sharpes, Calmars that give you an indication and an benchmark of your trading system. CAGRs, total trade counts and drawdowns are key ratios as well in order to estimate future performance.
1. Create market regime detection algos
As real traders algos need to trade different market conditions differently. There are different type of tops, bottoms, ranging markets and trends. Create single strategies for each of these, backtest, understand them and then merge.
3. Overfitting Algos tend to be overfitted, meaning they are tailor too precisely to the events of the past - there are some tricks to check whether your algos are overfitted. Decrease & increase key parameters and see how performance develops. If it stays stable its a good sign.
2. Risk return vs win rate
Longterm profits work with two metrics - win rate, how often you win vs lose and your average risk/return ratio. If you trade perpetuals your risk is your stop loss and your return is the potential profit. Include them by design into your algos.
Super stoked to announce that we are finally live with our algo trading vault!
