Was the Emperor Constantius I guilty of sacrilege when he transferred the sacred relics of Andrew, Luke, and Timothy to Constantinople? In their presence the demons cry out, and the devils who dwell in Vigilantius confess that they feel the influence of the saints.
- St Jerome
@AbelAudie84152 @JJHorvath @Aetheling1066 @Madjaxx420 @fameinvisible What is “the good” “unbiased”? You continue to make metaphysical claims and universal claims as if you know what these things are and I continue to ask how you know, give me an account of your epistemology
@AbelAudie84152 @JJHorvath @Aetheling1066 @Madjaxx420 @fameinvisible Muh traditions of men. And who wrote all those scholarly books you read and believe🤡
@AbelAudie84152 @JJHorvath @Aetheling1066 @Madjaxx420 @fameinvisible 😂😂😂yes listen to an AI and a person that does not defend a position but claims to know things and shows you his Bible catalogue
@AbelAudie84152 @JJHorvath @Aetheling1066 @Madjaxx420 @fameinvisible 😂😂😂😂Chris hitchens 🤡you’re literally like a protestant believing in freedom of conscience and worship, indoctrinated into liberal higher “scholarly” criticism. Still no explanation of knowing the true from the false
@AbelAudie84152 @JJHorvath @Aetheling1066 @Madjaxx420 @fameinvisible Again you keep asserting these things but still haven’t given an epistemic justification as to how you know what is true. And you never will bc in the end your worldview is relative and self serving.
@JJHorvath @AbelAudie84152 @Aetheling1066 @Madjaxx420 @fameinvisible This is the apostolic succession of the Church of Antioch not Rome. Rome defected from the true faith in the 11th century mainly due to papal supremacy claims
@AbelAudie84152 @JJHorvath @Aetheling1066 @Madjaxx420 @fameinvisible Wrong read acts 15 Paul rebukes Peter in the first council in Jerusalem regarding the acceptance of gentiles which fulfills all the messianic prophecies. Also the apostles almost always cite the Greek Septuagint and also the deutero canon.
@JJHorvath @AbelAudie84152 @Aetheling1066 @Madjaxx420 @fameinvisible Yes and it’s the “laying on of hands” (1 Timothy, Acts 8) to receive the Holy Spirit and divine authority Christ gave to the Apostles

@AbelAudie84152 @Aetheling1066 @JJHorvath @Madjaxx420 @fameinvisible I don’t need the Bible to know God. Christ established the Orthodox Church of which I am a part of. We know Christ and his message through the apostolic deposit handed down through the centuries. It is in the Liturgy, the icons, relics, history, and oral tradition of the Church.
@AbelAudie84152 @Aetheling1066 @JJHorvath @Madjaxx420 @fameinvisible The Bible is not being proven with TAG, atheism/agnosticism is being critiqued at the meta level. You have no epistemic justification for logic, ethics, knowledge, the mind, time, space, predication. Your worldview is arbitrary and you cannot debate against the Christian paradigm
@AbelAudie84152 @Aetheling1066 @JJHorvath @Madjaxx420 @fameinvisible Check out the transcendental argument for the existence of God (TAG). It’s a form of presuppositional argumentation in the comparison of worldviews at the metaphysical level.
