I want to emphasize that the replacement of Americans with retarded, fraudulent Indians isn't just a crime in its own respect. It's destroying institutional knowledge and causing these tech firms to fall apart.

This guy worked at Adobe for 25 YEARS. He knew their software and everything from inside out. Institutional knowledge is intangible. It's what keeps companies and organizations running as old-timers retire or pass away and new guys take their place. It's what makes them "lindy." When you fire an old-timer and replace him with an H-1B, that institutional knowledge is lost. It's worth far more than the money you save on wages. And its loss is likely a major factor in why nothing works anymore, because companies are a revolving door of short-time contractors from some shit-splat village who are only concerned with funneling as much money back to Uncle Ramesh as possible before they get shuffled to another assignment.

This is a crisis not just in tech, but in everything. Contracting, plumbing, and the trades are headed for a major collapse because boomers chose to take the shortcut of illegal Central American labor instead of training younger guys to take over the business. Investing in employees is expensive and the gains take time to realize, and boomers decided that IT'S MY MONEY AND I WANT IT NOW. We're about 10-20 years out from houses falling apart, plumbing systems failing, the lights going out South Africa-style because of the mass loss of institutional knowledge, which boomers consistently failed to impart upon their children.
