@Alextheadequate The transplant coordinator at your local hospital may be able to help, if only to point you to someone with good information like one of the nurses. Just be upfront about why you are looking for info, they are very busy people :)

@DistractLaura Got some good feedback when I queried this novel previously - good concept, voice, but it needs something to push it across the line. I've gotten stuck on the revisions, hoping to get a mentor that is not afraid to tear into it. I've been staring at it far too long!

@BMichelleMorris I lived there for 8 years - food is amazing, tons of great historic sites, miles of parks and gardens, great museums. The roads are terrible though, potholes, sinkholes, and parking is hideously expensive. So is insuring a car. Public transit is grubby but okay. City is walkable.
