The staff was friendly, and ended up helping after my wife was in tears - but everyone kept directing us to a digital kiosk, when the kiosk wasn’t offering basic help selections needed.

Their gateways all run unifi os in one device now. UDR7 is <$300 for an all in one device with wifi7 that you can build off of. Also runs security cams
