@simonhardwick Yep, works well & some of my circles are happy there. The whole "servers" thing has thrown a lot of people thinking it's isolated, whereas it's like Twitter just with longer handles & makes almost no difference what server (read: email domain) you use (providing it's not spammy)

@rsmck Yes PoE+ I think, I've got its original injector if that changes anything. Replaced in lockdown for a higher concurrency unit so basically ewaste now with the lack of support. Never had issues with it, functional fine though with the *old* controller, but no security patches etc

@alexbloor @xciv Just ask? Follow up calls on your sales line wouldn’t hurt, at the end of the call “could we call you back in x [a fortnight?] to see how this is going?” I’ve called a few times with random quick questions which haven’t (yet) turned into a sale. Nothing wrong, just orgs are slow

Seems there’s quite a few formats subtitles need to be broadcast in to work on all TVs/web, so also conversion/numerous devices
