@TheGammaSqueeze@TheGammaSqueeze Update: I've unlocked the Bootloader on the working device but now just having issues with rooting the device. Magisk is installed and used the boot.img.stock from your Analog Fix for X28 but it failed to apply it to the image (renamed to boot.img fyi)
@TheGammaSqueeze I have a Powkiddy X28 unit that I have bricked after attempting a Firmware Flash (powkiddy-x28-firmware-2023-06-16). I also have a fully working unit with me (bought two for the kids). I'm exploring options on what I can try to revive the unit. Any suggestions?
@TheGammaSqueeze I can still flash the bricked device using BeTools but I am thinking I may be able to extract the firmware from the working device and reflash the bricked device using that extracted firmware. Needs root access which is why I was trying the unisoc_unlock tool.
@TheGammaSqueeze I tried the unisoc_unlock web based tool on the working Powkiddy X28 and got as far as confirming on the device . I tried pressing HOME, BACK, START, SELECT etc whilst ignoring VOLUME DOWN but no other keys worked :( So I bailed before I did more damage.
