@1StrongBlack1 Differently agree, but performance expectations are taught with proper training. It's up to the superior to determine whether it's one or the other or both. Respect the knowledge that you're passing on to the supervisor and not letting him terminate an employee too quickly

@1StrongBlack1 Poor performance could exist b/c proper training wasn't given. They should be re-retained to meet the standards set by management, doc & signed by the employee receiving the re-training certifying they can meet the required standards. Management should keep following up.
