@ArrowXL hi, I’ve taken the afternoon off work to wait for a delivery. was told I’d get a phonecall 30mins before delivery (due between 1-3pm). delivery vehicle was outside property - no phone call or attempt at ringing the bell and now my tracking status says unable to deliver!
