Here is the progression we are working on. Some kids more comfortable staying with a spike and catch…other kids are working further down the progression. Everyone having fun!

Gr. 5’s working on their @Spikeball skills. I’ve only got 3 nets but using a gym mat and a playground ball works just as good or better. Some good rallies already going on day 1!
