@CynicsR@CarolineLucas@curlewcalls I was at school for my secondary education for most of the 70s and despite being in a mainly rural area, we never had Rural Studies.
An education in nature, beyond that taught in biology, and the value of it is to be welcomed and, assuming scientific rigour, is to be welcomed.
@Feargal_Sharkey Burnham is not the answer - he will not take back the industry from these companies, he'll come up with some further "controls".
Just ask him if he will nationalise water. Don't hold your breath.
@UKLabour One of the biggest threats to UK security is Labour Friends of Israel and the influence they have on this government's policy making. As you well know.
Stop taking their money and work for the citizens of the UK and not for a genocidal foreign nation.
@FootyFilmzz The first throw which hit the the yellow player was a foul throw as the ball wasn't thrown from behind and over he head as the law states, she simply through it from above her head.
Lindsay Hoyle is acting as if he is somehow representing HMG in expressing so-called "solidarity".
He was surely in no position to do so and the emails should be released for all to see and clarify things.
This is clearly a matter of public interest.
NEW: Lindsay Hoyle has intervened to block the release of emails he sent to Israeli politicians
π£οΈ 'The Speaker of the House of Commons ... has formed the reasonable opinion that disclosure of the information would be likely to prejudice the effective conduct of public affairs'
@MAGACult2 A nation of liberty, expression, justice, experimentation and individuality? You think that's the perception of anyone outside the US?
Sad to inform you those are the last things we'd ever consider you to be. And that's not new.
I perceive you are self-deluded.
@wesstreeting Found a conscience? Or just plain worried about your own skin?
An absolute cowardly take from someone who is a LFoI and has fully supported the Israeli regime in their genocide.
You're fooling no one.
@10DowningStreet How so? Already cuts are being made in services and threats of more to come. Passengers won't see any meaningful improvements just because GBR are now in charge.
A change in ownership is meaningless without a significant change in the way the railways are structured and run.
@implausibleblog Yes, an absolute about-turn from what we had hoped for - and expected. She's now no better than those she faced in opposition, and in many ways worse as we (naively as it turns out) expected so much better.
@YvetteCooperMP I'm truly appalled by your lack of self-awareness and your role in supporting this regime along with all the other LFOI colleagues in the cabinet.
As for basic standards of respect, you've shown nothing but disrespect to all those opposing this regime.
@AdamAzor@JMD__14@MarkJLittlewood It is one sporting sanction; being removed from the final is another sporting sanction.
The latter is deemed more appropriate to the offences.
It is certainly not akin to a death sentence as Southampton will continue life in the EFL.
@FBAwayDays Just because Saints fans have booked trains, hotels etc is no reason for the EFL not to sanction the club as it sees fit. Saints fan should be directing all their anger and claims for refunds to their club.
