@AskPS_UK It's the ps5 disc version, I can't remember the error but it was where the game closes and you get a full screen message that allows you to send the report and footage of the incident.

@AskPS_UK It is a UK account as a far as i know, as i say iv had no issue with any other purchase. it was just cod points this time.
i have the confirmation email to say it was purchased with my account name on it.
