Oxyntic gland adenomas are benign. They can progress, invading submucosa, at which point they are classified as gastric adenocarcinoma of fundic gland type. Endoscopic treatment is sufficient, since gastric adenocarcinoma of fundic gland type behaves as a low-grade lesion.

@ariabdullah1978 My first thought is some PTC variant in a background of Hashimoto's thyroiditis. I would rule that out before considering the rare subtypes.

When dealing with a lymph node I find very useful to properly manage the sample during ROSE to get:
▫️Good smears (be gentle)
▫️Clot for #CellBlock
▫️Dilution in physiological saline for Cytospin
▫️Needle rinse for flow cytometry
