@TelecelGhana It’s disheartening to see how Telecel treats its customers lately. I’m not trying to bad mouth your organization, but I strongly urge you to take this feedback seriously and work on improving your staff’s commitment to service.
@TelecelGhana This is extremely disappointing. I have been using this same line for years, and instead of resolving the issue I reported months ago, I’m now being told that the team cannot complete the job due to fatigue. Are customers working for you, or are you working for your customers?
@TelecelGhana Unfortunately, their supervisor informed me that the point where the cable needs to be laid to my house is about 200 meters away, and he could not proceed with the work because he was “Tired”. He further mentioned that he would report it for another team to handle.
@TelecelGhana I sincerely wish your team would take customer service and complaints more seriously. I reported a fault concerning my broadband connection over two months ago, and after several follow ups, a technical team finally showed up today.

Receiving a laptop would open up important opportunities for me and help bridge that gap. It would also be a meaningful social investment, as I am committed to using the device responsibly to further my growth and contribute positively to my future.
I need a laptop to support my education and career development, as well as to access essential services. In today’s world, technology is a basic necessity, and not having access to it creates a significant digital divide. 1/2
