@BillWiIdin Blackstone not Blackrock is the one that owns any single family homes but it's less than 1%, hell if you accumulate all institutional investeters it's only 3-4 percent or about half the supply shortage but those aren't empty houses so realistically it has near zero real impact
@JimHendley4NC The avg person cannot as easily afford a home now as they could 20 years ago, your response is like moving the goal line up to where you were tackled to say you scored a touchdown. The premise that national avg is skewed and not indicative is true, second part less so.
@Immortal88@brian_armstrong Literally anyone can get a Series 67 and you're an accredited investor $187 for the test $150 materials 130 multiple choice questions 70% pass rare, so for under $400 you get what you say is not true ๐ค
@GuntherEagleman Cost of the war was $11B in the first week and hovers just under $30B, identified and current fraud being investigated in MN is <$1B even the unsupported projections by DOJ of $9B and Trump's claim of $19B are still very much less than the war ๐ค
@stockmom Tesla pays about $1B in taxes but most outside the US, it's paid $0 Federal taxes most years and has benefited from more tax credits than any auto manufacturer, The $500B is Musk's own estimate by the time he dies he's paid nowhere near that ๐ค
@GrageDustin Literally has a published detailed plan, yes some of it would be a reversal of prior Democratic policy, the interesting thing is you want that but Klobuchar doing it is bad, also Klobuchar is Walz's 3rd term, hard for both those to be true ๐ค
@omgsidewalks If you do the math the wealth gap is greater than the sum total of all wealth controlled by billionaires, so if you eliminate all billionaires all of the problems you perceive still exist, they're certainly a scaler but not a root cause of the problems.
@StephenMoore The trust is set to run out of money, that is a way out of the unfavorable outcome, 20% loss is bad but not a crisis, if it was a good way out the avg 401k balance w/ be a lot higher ๐
@DominicJPino I mean it's a solution that adds more funding so not sure how that's fake, incomplete sure but we've known this moment was happening for 40 years and did nothing when small changes could have fully solutioned now it's going to take multiple levers to get even close, nonsense post
@WalterHudson It's interesting the wording you use when on network t.v. where you could be subject to liable or defamation claims versus social media where the bar is lower ๐ค
@King_Tatteous@Red_Texas1@MikeBales That's not liberal it's math and reading comprehension, same calculation under Biden improved a few mo., calculation under Trump declined 3 mo., niether moved the needle significantly. OASI report literally attributes the decline to the no the tax on social security policy ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ
@web3brian@jimiuorio I mean it does it's still funded just at 80% versus 100% and as Millennials (a bigger cohort than boomers) age into the senior voting block SS will still be a political issue, that's only 10 years away.
@WalterHudson Huh? First off the quoted post is false, he isn't denying the fraud, he's saying regardless of what he did the Feds were going to try to make MN an example because of GOP ideology then you have two state GOP candidates misconstrue that to call him a liar ๐ really?
@b_co_co Teachers make up 5.6% of the labor force and doctors make up 0.6%, so you're far more likely to be a millionaire as a doctor, your lesson is valid, so good planning advice terrible use/misuse of statistics.
