@White_Janissary That’s true. I was always in or around Philly so we were pretty flush with parts. I feel like the northeast in general has a lot of that infrastructure.
@White_Janissary I mean in the 2000s my dad and I could easily find parts for late 80s and early 90s k-cars. And I got a 98 escort in 2006 with like 50k miles for $1800. Finding parts for 80s cars never felt too crazy in the 2000s.
@uncledoomer I mean one of the more reliable cars ever made, the 97-05 Buick park aves, absolutely had computers in them. They were just more limited and didn’t weave themselves into every facet of the car. I def don’t want 0% of my car to have computers.
