(NPP Ba).
On Thursday, June 11, I led a delegation of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to a productive consultative meeting with the leadership of the Christian Council of Ghana.
The discussions focused on Ghana’s development, National unity, and shared progress. We reaffirmed the NPP’s commitment to sustained engagement with religious bodies as key partners in promoting peace, inclusivity and prosperity for all Ghanaians.
We are deeply grateful to the Council for the warm reception and valuable insights shared. Together, we are moving forward!
A highly productive morning engagement with the British High Commissioner to Ghana at his residence in Accra!
Our discussion highlighted a solid legacy of partnership and a shared vision for Ghana's next chapter. Through the UK-Ghana Business Council, which I co-chaired as Vice President, our strategic collaboration unlocked major investments that successfully delivered critical infrastructure.
I am particularly grateful to the High Commissioner for his kind words, commending our commitment to elevating the political space by prioritizing robust, policy-driven discussions over the politics of personal attacks.
@Joy997FM@JoyNewsOnTV I disagree with this figure of 58%,this seems cooked. The IEA now isn’t the credible IEA we used to hold in high esteem in years past because the institution has recently appointed politically partisan personnel like Prof Gyampo.
What better has Mahama done to get 58% approval ?
The young people of Ghana voted with hope for a nation that never sleeps, thriving on opportunity and progress, yet the question ‘#WhereIsMyShift?’echoes across the country as we demand action, not miracles; a 24-hour economy is a necessity, not a dream, with three shifts and three jobs harnessing the energy of our youth to fuel factories, markets, and services, because every silent hour and darkened workspace leaves them behind—enough of the waiting and empty words, the government must fulfil its promise so our youth can work, earn, and build the Ghana that mirrors our collective dreams, for no more delays, the time is NOW.
WATCH OUT FOR EPISODE 2!

This guy commented this because I said the greater Accra minister prioritized awards over the flooding in Accra.
Oga, this is you in 2025 disrespecting a lady for criticizing your government…. 🌚🌚🌚come again!
*COCOA CRISIS - BAWUMIA PREPARES TO ANNOUNCE POLICY ALTERNATIVE*
Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has received a report from the minority committee led by Frank Annoh-Dompreh after their tour and engagement with our dear cocoa farmers.
In 2017, when global cocoa prices fell, the NPP stood between the market and the farmer. Prices were NOT cut. Farmers were protected.
Today, as cocoa farmers cry out again, Dr. Bawumia has received the Minority’s committee report, which contains the feedback and recommend from the cocoa farmers, and history is about to repeat itself.
Dr. Bawumia has referred the findings to the NPP Policy Committee on Agriculture & Food Security, to study and propose credible policy alternatives for his consideration.
The cocoa farmer will not be abandoned.
A policy announcement is coming. And it will bring smiles back to the faces of Ghana’s cocoa farmers.
