KPD Special Crimes Unit detectives are attempting to locate missing Jackson Bacosa, 18. Bacosa was last seen at Parkwest Hospital at around 9 a.m. on Friday, August 28. Bacosa was given a bus pass after being discharged, left the hospital and has not been seen since.

Bacosa, who was believed to be wearing a black t-shirt and black shorts, has medical conditions that could inhibit his ability to safely return home.

If you see him, call 9-1-1. If you have information concerning his whereabouts, contact @tn_crime anonymously at 877-363-8847. Tipsters who submit information via Crime Stoppers can be eligible to receive a cash reward.
