@GrecoUnited Change the structure of the tournament and reward competitors for scoring points and high amplitude. I can’t believe I’m going to say this, but a variation of pools with incentives based on scoring, so even if you lose a match you could still advance.

“We” absolutely do not all have the same amount of free time, resources, and support for various behavior changes. The notion that people who aren’t currently exercising, eating a healthy diet, etc. are lazy, stupid, or just need a pep talk is both wrong and unhelpful.
