Red Wings will probably have to win most all their remaining games to secure 1st. Memphis and nashville are winning along with them. It would be such a lift for our fans to see the Wings finish on top.

Red Wings are now 19-9 on the road...best in the I.L. with their 5-3 win tonite. And they will remain in 1st. Memphis won and Nashville is losing in the 9th. Can't afford to lose even once to stay on top! 17 to go for Wings.

@JustBB_Media Cowser has saved his job this weekend. He should put O'Neill on the bench permanently or even better off the roster completely. Speaking of walkoff 3 run HR's...the Red Wings did just that tonite to win their 9th straight. It has been so long since the Wings have been this good.

and winning still begets winning. Wings crush 2 HR's in the 9th to turn the frown upsidedown and walk off Syracuse 8-5. amazing!!! These guys are on a serious roll and stay in 1st place. Way to go guys!!!! Wow.

well--in a close game your bullpen just can't walk the leadoff man in the 8th or 9th. It so often comes back to bite you and in this case it might spell the end of the winning streak in front of a huge crowd.

Mark this date down sports fans. The Red Wings were rained out but the two teams they were tied with both lost. SO---The Rochester Red Wings are now alone in first place in the International League!! Let that sink in. Wings--1st place--unbelievable!!

Red Wings lead the East and are only 2 games out of first overall. Not a misprint. But a near miracle. 22 straight scoreless innings. Of this group can sustain any kind of pitching its possible for them to go from absolute worst to first in one year.

@FoulTerritoryTV clearly out. Took no time to reverse the call. Shocking that the O's won and Mayo may have saved his job with that unlikely HR. Blind squirrel sometimes gets a nut. O's have been terrible this season.

Reason the Red Wings will never really amount to much is they have no pitching. Once they get to the bullpen, its a real crapshoot. Can they actually hang on to their lead for 2 innings and win this darned series?
